1. What the service is
DetectorEstado is a free tool that shows the approximate status of companies and services based on reports sent by users. The information is for guidance only and may not match the actual situation of the service at any given time.
2. No relationship with the companies
DetectorEstado is independent and is not affiliated with, sponsored or endorsed by the companies shown on the site. Trademarks, trade names and logos belong to their owners and are mentioned only to identify the services. We are not the customer service of any of them.
3. Rules of use
- Only report real problems you are experiencing.
- It is forbidden to automate reports or comments, overload the service or circumvent its security measures.
- Comments must be respectful and about the service. Links, advertising, third parties’ personal data, insults and unlawful content are not allowed.
- We may moderate, hide or delete any content that breaches these rules and restrict access for anyone who breaches them.
4. User content
Each user is responsible for the comments they post. By posting them you grant us a free, non-exclusive licence to display them on the site. You can request the removal of content using the contact form.
5. Intellectual property
The design, code and original texts of DetectorEstado belong to La Clave Ganadora S.L. or its licensors. They may not be reproduced for commercial purposes without permission.
6. Liability
The service is provided “as is”, without any guarantee of availability or accuracy. La Clave Ganadora S.L. shall not be liable for decisions made based on the information shown or for damages arising from interruptions or errors, except where the law does not allow such limitation.
7. Links and advertising
The site may display third-party links or ads. We do not control and are not responsible for their content.
8. Privacy
The processing of personal data is governed by the privacy policy.
9. Changes, governing law and jurisdiction
We may amend these terms at any time; the version in force is the one published on this page. They are governed by Spanish law and, for any dispute, the parties submit to the courts of Alicante (Spain), unless consumer protection law provides otherwise.
